I'm obese and need to lose at least 60 pounds. Also have erectile dysfunction problems, foggy brain probably due to type II diabetes, do very little exercise, believe totally in all natural healing for every disease. I fail to follow my own examples of good health but I have started in the last couple of days to start losing weight. I just started using a product called PGX (Natural Factor’s Product) a high quality fiber that controls your sugar levels, food intake, and seems to work very well. I’ve been a diabetic since about 2003 and take no medications for type II diabetes.
