Hi Pearl,Wow. I don't believe that you have given up. I seriously do not believe it. I know that Washington has a high rate of depression. I think I would have a tendency toward depression if I did not have sunshine in my life. That is one of the reasons that I moved to Florida. Also, hypothyroidism can lead a person to feel depressed. I was misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia instead of Lyme for 15 years. I never gave up and I did everything I could to be healthy. You list a lot of very good things that you are doing for yourself. That is so wonderful. You have that on your side. I found that I had to continuously switch what I used to kill the spirochetes. I did antibiotics for 4 months. I would have gone longer but they were destroying my teeth. It is rare for adults but my teeth were staining from the antibiotics. IV antibiotics are more effective. I switched to Stephen Buhner's protocol and took exactly what he lists in his book. Then I did colloidal silver. Then I did Rife. Then I did Ondamed. I have been Rolfed many times and I have received incredible craniosacral work. I also have recieved great help from Thai Yoga Massage. A friend of mine in The Netherlands has been emailing me for a few months because he got Lyme Disease and was asking for my advice. He found help there with wires and monolaurine. He just sent me three wires to try. They work similarly to Rife. He gave me the phone number of the woman who lives in NY who told him about this therapy. I would be happy to pass it along to you. I am fortunate that I am a bodyworker and I am very good at it. I therefore, have acquired many friends who like to trade their healing services for mine. But in the process I have learned that many healers will offer their services for discounts or for trade to anyone in need. There is a place that comes to mind that I think may be a very healing place for you. It does cost money however. It may be good to keep in mind and maybe a gift will come to you that will allow you to go there. It is the Hippocrates Institute in Florida. You can google it. Meanwhile, I am sure there are bodyworkers in your area who have been in classes with me and who have acquired great skills. I also know some people who live in Seattle and surrounding areas who are members of my spiritual community. They may be very resourceful too. If you still feel like your situation is hopeless, then I suggest get out of Washington and allow yourself a sunny perspective before you settle on that disposition. wishing you the best,Brenda
HI Pearl,
I will check and see if there is anyone doing excellent work for Lyme and FMS in your area. LLMD's can be very expensive. There are some things that you can do on your own. For example, reducing the inflammation in your body. There is a lot that can be done with the diet for that. Have you gone down that road yet? Have you been on antibiotics for any length of time yet? Do you tolerate massage? How active are you able to be? Maybe I can make some suggestions.
