I'm Male, 53 years old, 6'0 150 lbs. Very lean, little body fat. I'm very active, but my body is going through changes at midlife. I eat mostly the Paleo diet, but probably consume too much protein to carb ratio, which will change-far more raw veggies. I'm a wildlife artist.

Hi RubySage, You can also sleep grounded on a special bedsheet or with other device.

Don't worry bout protein/carb ratio, get more fats. Paleo! Best Cap
