About Me

At age 41, I discovered why I had depression, muscle tension, creaking bones, headaches, dark clouds, case of the blah..... All about the food I was eating. I threw away all the food in the house and replace it with raw or natural food. I don't eat out as much. I don't eat bread (except Ezekiel) or sugar. I feel a million times better! I am now a 100% holistic/organic believer. I've been checking out many web sites and such and this is a damn good one content wise! (It could be designed and lay out better). Thanks for all the good work.
