About Me
A post-graduate diploma in Community & Youth Work led me into circles where I was introduced to Reiki in 1997. My understanding of myself and my world changed incredibly and the following year I left full time Youth Development to commit to living according to my new understanding of Life. My diet changed spontaneously soon thereafter and I found myself moving into an alkalarian way of living before I came across the science behind it. About the same time, I came across water's ability to carry information and the critical role that subtle energies play in it's well-being and ability to support life. Consequently I trained as a dowser and now do Geo-Care work for people who are being negatively affected by underground streams and various energies in their homes and workplaces. Other explorations and understandings along the way have led me to qualify as Bowen Therapist and train in Live Blood Analysis - both of which I offer to people alongside my water and geo-care work. Which is why my criteria for food, water, supplements and personal care are higher than they have ever been. "Living" (able to impart subtle life-force / energy) is the minimum standard. Living and Organic is the desired. And within that term 'organic' the use of personal care/beauty products that are not food-standard are dismissed. These are my criteria for myself. And my clients. My professional development continues to evolve with studies current in Sound & Music in Therapy and also The Dorn Method of spinal care. On a personal note I enjoy field archery (when Irish weather allows!); didgeridoo-playing on beaches and mountains; and free-diving (my favourite!) where - as of December 2008 - I have a personal best wet, static breath-hold of 3:31 and 50m dynamic with fins.
