About Me

I have been happily married for 26 years and have 3 grown children.  My youngest son is disabled, so I'm a full time care giver and I also own a small business.  I love the outdoors and enjoy running, hiking, water sports and gardening.  Natural health is one of my passions and I look forward to reading every one of Dr. Mercola's newsletters.  The wonderful knowledge I have received has helped me and my family, "take control of our health"!
