About Me

I am in my 40's and have been following Dr. Mercola for almost 10 years I believe.  Has he been online that long?  I have always been into natural health as my mom is an accupucturist/chinese herbalist.  Even so, at first I was not completely sure about some of Dr. Mercola's information.  Honestly it seemed way out there even given my strong beliefs about natural health.  However, over the years, I have come to respect him completely as the information he has given has always been right on. 

I stopped referring to or even using any other online naturopath's information.

I also love his Optimum Health book and have been having great health success after finding out that I am a protein type.
