About Me
I feel I am a very concerned healthy individual. I follow most of Dr. Mercola's advice but as of yet don't do everything he says to do. For example: Excercise enough, I just can't seem to fit it in with my work load and family life. I will try better this year! I'm trying harder than ever to get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.
