About Me
I've been following dietary and lifestyle health maintenance since the 1970's. Cancer and Heart disease is endemic in my family and I not only want to avoid these life impacting conditions, I'd love to live long enough to see how the Universe ends, and potentially need to find how to move to what ever follows it. I have the view that I'm young as long as I'm living on a planet that's older than I am.
