About Me

I am a stay at home Mom of 2 wonderful kids ages 17 and 4 and married to my best friend.  I am a type 1 diabetic but have overcome it with changes to my diet, I have a wheat allergy.  I am very tuned into natural health and cook as organic as possible.  I am very active and fit and try to install this lifestyle into my family and lead by example.
