About Me

 I want to learn as much as I possibly can about being healthy through the use of a truly nutritious diet and natural supplements. I practice holistic medicine whenever possible. I provide natural supplements to my 82 year old mother who is in a nursing home, and I am raising my French Bulldog without vaccines and medicine. He eats primarily organic can food and natural fresh meat with supplements. He is the picture of good health!!!
