About Me

I am 35 years old, a wife and a mother to 5 children.  I home school my children.  I work hard in my home to keep it clean and providing a healthy home for my family to live in.  I am becoming more aware of healthy choices and committing to the changes necessary to apply them to our lives.  Recently these include, eliminating sugar, eating more 'raw' whole foods, going organic when we can, eliminating floride as best I can, and we've decided to stop using immunizations and many medications that we used to rely on for pain relief etc.  I feel as though once the 'health' ball got rolling (it started with eliminating white sugar) it just hasn't stopped.  While I always wanted to provide a 'healthy' environment for our children, I wasn't aware of the potential hazards in the product we used and the injested.  Soon our family will be taking a green barley drink daily, no longer eating dairy and drinking on RO water.  Wow!  I feel better already.  Now, as for excersise, I do not get quite enough.  Although, laundry, cleaning and running after children keeps me going, I do appreciate my WII Fit programs, but need to commit to doing it more often.  Especially living up here in cold Saskatchewan.  Oh, and because of the lack of sun, we are all taking a Vit D supplement to avoid virus'.
