About Me
I stopped eating gluten (wheat, barley and rye) in May 2011. Since that time I no longer have gut pain ( which I had for the past 20 years) and my blood pressure is normal for the first time in years. I have also lost abut 20 pounds and have a BMI of about 18. I plan to eliminate corn, soy, sugar, and processed foods from my diet to optimize my health.
