About Me
A very healthy and basically fit person, weight is 175lbs, height is 5 feet 9 & half inches; as well slightly elevated Cholesterol as well my sugar level is at the high-end of the normal range.
My age is almost 72 (July 6th); I do four - 5 days of weight training for at least one hour /day; my vision is almost 20/20 - no glasses; the blood pressur is elevated, and take Diovan medication - no others!
As well I have a full head of hair; tried many protocols, including the Nutritional Typing Service offered by Dr Mercola, and some other products.; however I am a Amway Global distributor, and really believe that their Nutritional Products are second-to-none.
