    I'm a Lutheran pastor who is extremely supportive of a natural approach to health.

I like to hunt, fish and surf. I've been happily married for 36 years and have two children and four grandchildren.

CA is the most beautiful place in the country to live and I thank our loving Lord for allowing us to be here. Most importantly, I

• Renting vs. owning

      And don't forget the TAX advantages of owning a home! Renters face the bleak outlook, annually, of paying extraordinary taxes; something which home owners forego....PLUS, homes, historically, increase in value every year. Oh yes, they can be a pain (repairs, selling, etc.) but overall, in my experiences of both renting and selling over these past 30+ years, owning a home has super advantages. Hope this helps!
