Hi Sherry,

Many of your symptoms (like arthritis, coldness and auto-immune etc) do shows that your parasympathetic nervous system (which also takes care of the immune system) is most probably off balance.

You could try something non-invasive like a recent breakthrough device that help to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system directly, while exercising your lips, and helps the system back to balance. It also brings instant blood flow to the brain, and to all parts of the body.

It seem to bring about anti-aging benefits too while helping people to overcome oral breathing related problems. For more info visit www.liptrainerguru.com The science and research is quite impressive.

Best wishes, Peter

Hi Tiger,

I have been Hypothyroid for about 25 years although the blood tests didn't finally reveal it for some time later. I had all the symptoms though much earlier and suffered being so cold I could not get warm. My hair would be falling out and I was extremely exhausted. Anyway, I have been on thyroid replacement since early 90's. I developed Fibromyalgia in 1999, have Arthritis, Plantar Fascitis, and recently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis which can happen if you have autoimmune diseases. Lets just say, my life has been difficult dealing with all of this. I know if your immune system is screwed up it really offsets so many other things and has a great impact on how your body can cope.

Any help or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated. I am on several medications which I hate to take but I don't know if anything natural could replace some of them or not. My doctor wants to start Prednisone for the MG soon and this really concerns me as I have already had a bad reaction to it but this is a standard medication used. Are you familiar with MG at all?

Again, any help or suggestions would be great. Will wait to hear.

Sherry
