About Me
I come from a very health conscious family. So grateful for that now that I'm grown up and feeding myself...no bad habits to break! My Dad struggled with chronic health proplems my whole life, and so we learned a lot about all kinds of mainstream and alternative information and treatments. It's so cool to see such a comprehensive website like this! I feel like I'm starting to see the tide turning right before my eyes...awareness is spreading like wildfire, and it's about time! :)
