About Me

I am 40 years old and am married with 2 daughters. I'm a stay at home mother of a 3 and 1 year old. I would like to be healthier myself, but really work on keeping my children healthy. We've been drinking raw milk for about 2 months now. I'm always interested in what we can do to make healthy changes to our lives.
