I began my journey into holistic and herbal wellness in 1989 in my first college health class while preparing a report on herbs. Since then, my eyes have been opened to the many attrocities commited by our government and large corporations. Thankfully, we have the freedom and intelligence to listen to our bodies and seek out knowledge and truth.
