Hello Fellow People in various stages of learning and waking up,

First, don't give up! The truth may seem hard and hurtful at times and especially in early stages of waking up, life in this messed-up world may seem hopeless. I used to be like that, some years ago when I started reading this site, and I wasn't even so much the brain-washed type. Well all of these various truths were dumped at me pretty much at once, it was overwhelming and all of a sudden I did not know how to even try to live a relatively healthy lifestyle, what was safe to eat/buy/use, what water to drink etc... but where there's a will, there's a way. Once you research and look, gradually you will find your ways and answers and eventually it all becomes piece of cake. I know it's hard to see this when you are so confused... But that's how it works, and it is a gradual process so keep going. God helps those who help themselves. Educate yourself, keep looking for answers and always keep your eyes open. And in general it never hurts to read between the lines.

I'm from Hungary but have been living in Tokyo, Japan for the past 14 years. I just ended up here through my family and stayed although I'm not sure how long I will be here. For now, it is a (relatively) safe country in today's world!

If there's any of you health-minded readers living around here, I would love to get to know you and maybe get together and chat and learn some things from each other. There is so much to learn and we can always learn something new. Drop me a line.

BTW, I work at the Front Reception of a large hotel downtown here in Tokyo so if any of you happen to travel here, I can get you reasonable accommodation and upgrade. Again, drop me a line.

Apart from Hungarian I speak English, Japanese and some German (forgot most of it from lack of use though...)

Stumbled upon orgonite sometime end of 2009, thanks to a reader's post here on mercola.com! It only took me a few months until I started making orgonite myself, and gifting. Orgonite is so versatile! So many ways to use it and make our living environment better. Just make your own and see how it works for you. Another mercola member, baligifter, has a great site about how to make orgonite and various uses for it, his site is baligifter.org, the blog part has awesome instructions with many pictures on how to make orgonite.

If for some reason you don't want or can't make your own orgonite, bargainorgonite.com is the absolute best place I can recommend, I know the person who makes the orgonite there and so I'm confident it is best quality. Prices are at cost level, might be even cheaper than if you make it.

orgonite.info is another great site about orgonite basics although it is not being updated.

Yes, my name is Pat. I've kept my real name for Dr. Mercola's blog. I rarely go into Tokyo these days, because the wireless frequencies make me so ill. However, I really like the idea of having an informal group of "Mercolaholics" in Japan. We could help make health information available to people in Japan, both English and Japanese. I have been very busy recently, but hopefully things will start to settle down by the end of this month. It's amazing how much work I've had in this awful economy! If you have some free time in the spring, perhaps we can get together for a hike? I look forward to hearing back from you.
