Very active retired senior who bikes, hikes, plays on a tennis team, dances ballroom dancing, volunteers as a fitness trainer, is active in volunteering in service to the community,  and travels in a motorhome throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  Health and nutrition has always been and continues to be of interest to me.  Former school teacher, principal, and research and evaluation specialist in metro Atlanta, Georgia area for 30 years.
