hi - just wanted to encourage you to nix the diet coke - the great taste you claim is a conditioned response just like your additions to sugar - you can and really should get OFF that crap!! and yes - the problem with all those unhealthy people in whole foods is that there are swallowing the totally idiot vegetarian/vegan line the store is promoting because if it's wacky CEO, Mckay. hunter-gatherer eating is what you want to shoot for - drop the coke fer gawd sake, and all grains too - they are NOT human food. and just ignore the wacky, spaced-out (and anemic glassy-eyed) veg-heads wandering zombie-like in whole foods - it's still the least horrible of all places to shop in the US and if you educate yourself, you can find actual human-compatible food in the store (unlike safeway or albertsons which carry nothing appropriate for human consumption) -- just watch out for all the pernicious mistakes the food producers make in their attempt to please the WHole FOods master - like adding wheat to the stupidest things, or yeast extract - just another name for MSG, or the insanely prevalent use of seed oils (former paint thinners)- or reducing the fat and upping the sugar -- anyway - good luck in the jungle-
