Nothing in the article about insomnia worked for me until I changed my diet. It took some time & perseverance, but now I can usually go to bed about 11pm - 12:30am, instead of 3-4 am. What I have to be careful of these days is sugar in fruit(s) which are just as bad as refined sugar(s) for me. I had the same problem you stated - nothing worked & the more I thought about trying to sleep, the worse it was. I found myself leaving for work at 3-4 am to sleep in the parking lot or cafeteria so some one would wake me up in time for work. It was awful. In addition to what I stated above, stress was another key factor. If you are stressed, you need to find a channel for it! You also need to eat healthy! Stay away from processed, chemical ladened food as much as possible. I'm at about 80% fresh produce & about 20% processed. Another great health investment I made was buying a juicer - Solo Star ll. It's a great juicer & a great price. I juice 2 x's a day for 1.5 yrs & just replaced the auger. Sometimes people can be cruel on this site, don't let it get you down because these same people can also be quite forgiving. It all depends on how you present yourself. Best of luck to you... tml...
