About Me

I am a very busy and happy wife and mom of two very small boys. I work full time and can hardly keep my house! However, the time that I should spend on keeping a house, I spend on learning new ways to keep myself and my family healthy. I am very interested in holistic health and natural ways to stay healthy, therefore doing my best to avoid prescrition drugs. Someday I would love to persue a career in integrated health.
