I am a 50 year old female who recently began my journey towards better health and well being. Life's little messes can sure do number on your body, but with divorce and empty nest syndrome behind me, it's my turn now to take care of myself completely, with fewer distractions and a renewed, positive outlook. Armed with Dr. Mercola's infinite wisdom and up-to-date medical knowledge, I look forward to not only meeting my weight loss goal, but fully anticipate exceeding it!
