About Me

I am a reasonably fit and healthy 72 year old with a very fit and healthy 79 year old husband.    We are Neways distributors who are trying to share the benefits of living in a toxic free environment, eating sensibly and organic where possible.   We were introduced to this website through Philip Day and have shared much of the valuable information gained such as the dangers of aspartame, the cholesterol myth and the fructose article.   We have three children and eight grandchildren who give us more reasons to be informed through this website
