About Me

Hi, I'm known as BB, and to some close friends as BlissfulBB.  I'm turning 69 next monday and will have my2 daughter and 2 grandsons with me to celebrate it.  I have dealt with chronic pain since 1974 and lately my health has declined dramaticly.  So I'm grateful for every day I have and consider them to be a blessing.  I adore my family and am loved in return.  The picture of me and my youngest grandson was taken 9 years ago but is one of my favorites.  Needless to say, he cannot use me for his climbing tree now.

:-) I'm a happy, easy going person most of the time.  Am still trying to lose 100 pounds that has crept onto me since I was diagosed with diabetes 19 years ago.  It has effect many other bodily systems and makes life challeging.

I miss camping, fishing, boating, watersking, traveling, bowling, horseback riding and training and dancing.  Loved all of these and can't do them anymore.

I still love computers, reading, playing games and cards.  I live alone in a seniors building about 4 blocks from my youngest daughter and 12 year old grandson in rural West Virginia.  California was my home until 1999 when I moved here just prior to the birth of my youngest grandson.

I will have both daughters and grandsons here for my 69th birthday and NOTHING could be a better present!
