About Me

I'm a tree hugger, nature lover, and more & more terrified about what they've been doing to our food (while we were not looking) and how they're pushing prescription drugs all the time everywhere!

I went to all the trouble to stop smoking a few years ago - and it's harder than ever to just eat healthy, and even to know what really is healthy! I've wandered towards more & more Natural & Organic foods trying to keep this body healthy!
