I am environmental investigator...fisherman, artist, carpenter, photographer, and whatever else I want to be.
I am ill from excess and lack of good foods, nutrients. Ill from the recommendations of Western Doctors. Ill from society. Ill from my own bad judgement...everyone else seems fine...on the outside.
I am healing my self naturally, am getting stronger than ever, and I will have happiness.
Love, happiness and wealth can only be had if you have health...physcial, spiritual and mental health are the same. You can't have one with out the other.
Nature is GOD. Everything we need to thrive is right here on this planet. Why are we destroying it and ourselves? Trust your natural instincts when you are healthy, trust no one when you are sick, not even yourself.

I believe that most of us have to be our own Doctors...or at least Dieticians
Today's health care system is out of whack. Biology and Microbiology is essential...too many speculations and not enough facts. It is all relatively simple...
We must look at nature...to find the obvious truths.

I am consuming all meat and fat...lots of oils, vitamins/supplements. I have noticed tremendous healing powers. Thai chi will blow your mind...in a great way, if you have discipline.
