Hello,

My name is Roberta, I am 43 yrs old, My husband and I are currently living in Hawaii, My husband is in the mililtary, We have a combined family of 7 children all of whom are adults now and living on there own (barely LOL).  I have two young grandchildren. I joined Mercola because I am looking for healthier ways to live.  I am learning more and more and thankful to have mercola as a refference guide to better health and to have a more informed look of the world around me. I wish I could have known about this site sooner.
