I am conscious healthy. Drink good filtered water, use a shower filter, take minimal supplements suggested by Dr. Mercola. Krill Oil, Ubiquinol, Astaxanthin, Saw Palmetto, Chlorella, Turmeric, Milk Thistle. Eat a lot of organic, local foods. Ride bicycle everday. Make my own kefir. Sleep regular 8 hours each night.
