Hi, I would be afraid of gluten/dairy contamination in a hospital....even microscopic amounts now hurt me. I know they try hard...people are proud of their work...I wonder what an Alternative medicine hospital would be like. Thanks!

I, too, was disappointed to see that entire thread deleted. Oh well, change is inevitable (except from a vending machine). Love your positive attitude!
