About Me
I am a 5'9" 56 year old woman - a mother of two and a grandmother of four who enjoys walking, painting, quilting, reading, scrapbooking, interior design and my home.
At present I weigh 190 and am working towards a more healthy weight of 170.
Because of health issues which include fibromyalgia, arthritis, scarred and twisted bowels and acidosis, I have recently adopted an almost vegan lifestyle with a focus of 50% raw food.
