Hi cadickers!!! Thank you SOOO VERY MUCH for your VERY QUICK my answer!!! And YES.....as I live in Hong Kong, it's very easy for me to obtain natto. PLUS I've eaten it before and although it's not eactly something I would say 'excites' my taste-buds.....I CAN eat it. I could try other fermented vegetables as per/Dr. Mercola.....but due to the EXTREMELY HUMID weather here in H.K., where nearly EVERYTHING gets MOLDY (EVEN things we keep in the fridge!!!) I HESITATE from fermenting my own veggies!!! My MOTHER has LUNG CANCER now (she's NEVER smoked in her LIFE.....so I think PERHAPS it's because of the AIR-POLLUTION in H.K. which caused it!!!) and I'm trying EVERY possible way to HELP her!!!
