Mother, grandmother, aritist, organic garder, dancer, drummer, reader, enviromentalist, spiritual, country girl, student, optomistic. I love to dance, drum, listen to music, laugh, learn new things, snorkel, scuba, play with friends and family. I have been interested in health and nutrition since becoming a widow, with 2 babies at the age of 20, when my husband died of cancer. I thought then (1971) it was possibly caused by the enviroment and began to research. Low and behold my mother in law worked at a chemical plant while pregnant! I have had an interest in nutrition and enviroment my entire adult life. I raised my children on Organic foods, in a clean, rural, mountain enviroment complete with spring water.
