I have been interested in alternative health / medicine for many many years. Recenlty with the economy faltering my career as I knew it thas taken a turn for the worse and allowing me to move into what I care most about, health care for "us" baby boomers. I have learned a lot the last few years regarding natural approaches to lower cholesteroll, fight heart disease, control diabetes, lower blood pressure natually. Also have concentrated on the following problems: BPA and plastic pollution to our food, toxins in cosmetics, MSG's prevalence in many food sources and electromagnetic pollution from cell phones and towers.
