I'm a mexican immigrant.  43 years young, 5'7", 183   Married, with two kids 21 and 13.

I was raised in a farm and believe we're not learning enough from animals' wisdom.

was vegan for a few months, then vegetarian for a few years.  And finally just interested in health.  Eat meat when offered, but not one to go and look for it. I like cheese and butter.

I'm convinced we're also runing agaist the clock when it comes to HEALTHCARE in America
