I am 62 years old and was totally naive about the FDA and pharmaceutical companies and their hold on our lives until about 10 years ago. I developed numerous symptoms that were "unexplainable." That's went I started do my own research and have learned a great deal since. I'm still recovering but feel so much better. I exercise 5 times a week and see a holistic doctor (MD, PhD) as well as a Western medicine practitioner. I'm currently working with my doctor via muscle testing and am amazed at the results (and accuracy). For example, I spent lots of money and inconvenience to test for parasites. I was diagnosed with one-cell parasites (in abundance). Muscle testing found the same thing in less than a minute. I had not disclosed the diagnosis prior to the muscle testing. I believe our bodies have an amazing capacity for self-healing--we just need to listen.
