i am 61 years old.

i work as a painter for a school district.i am also a woodcrafter, guitar player , and coached softball for 20 year. 6 years i coached high school.i like to workout and try to stay healthy.

love to here from Dr. Marcola in his  news letters. seems to really know what hes talking about and helps alot of people im sure.i hope i get to meet some people on this site to learn things and maybe i can help them and maybe make some friends.

 i also have a wife , 3 grown girls in thier 30s and 6 grandkids. 1 of my daughters in the marines for 15 years , a staff sargent, another girl that has worked for the FAA for 21 years and one girl thats a stay at home mom.very proud of all of them.
