About Me
I am a stay at home mom. I grew up on garden veggies and had a health nut mom. I strongly believe in prevention through nutrition rather than medical intervention. I enjoy learning all I can about healthy choices. I think Dr. Mercola's site rocks!
If if get any spare time I like to read, crochet, knit, play the piano, draw/paint and such activities. I also enjoy cooking and baking, trying to make the recipes healthy. I like riding my bike but don't get to very often with a little one. I like riding as fast as I can go. The only thing that keeps me from going, going, going is my hubby who likes doing absolutely nothing! I guess we all need to slow down and take a break!
