Hi, I think the MS is a culmination of several things - 'heroic' measures to save my life before age 2, lots of vaccinations, parental belief that hydrogenated oils were heart healthy, mercury fillings - all ading 'straws to the camel's back'. Apparently having two MTHFR defects makes problems like MS much more likely to develop........the other things made it almost guaranteed. I have always had curvature of the spine or swayed back. But it has only been very recently that my shoulders have come forward. I am told I am on the brink of oesteoporosis. This is likely the result of not being able to perform exercises which raise core temperature - and most do. Water aerobics could have been helpful, but the pools within reach are too warm and too chlorinated. I am hoping to do a little better now that i know about the MTHFR defects as the methyl-form vitamin supplements are on order and should help.

Hi, Get rid of Celiac first...then the immune system may get rid of Lymes easier. Tests may not work to diagnose Celiac. NO gluten/dairy/soy/sugar and vitamins/good oils and Vit C, fish oil, Vit D3 and more help the immune system. See my profile about Celiac and MS. Best wishes.

I have neuropathy and maybe some arthritis in my feet for about 16 years. I've tried several docs and alternative therapies to help, but the only thing I've found that helps is a routine I do every day. I've read that neuropathy is a sulphur deficiency so I bought some Epsom salts and put about a 1/4 cup into a spray bottle (using a funnel) and then add warm distilled water and shake until disolved. I place a towel under my feet and then thoroughly spray the solution on the top and bottom of my feel. They feel instantly better and more flexible too. I let it dry and reapply. I then apply coconut oil to moisturize and put on socks. As I said in my post earlier I had noticed that especially wet grass, the ground and the ocean seem to soothe them so I had wondered about earthing for them. After this weeks' interview with Clint Ober on Dr. Mercola's site, I will definitely look into the costs of grounding. P. S. I also noticed that when I eat certain things (like potato chips) my feet hurt more. Not sure if you have noticed any diet related effects on your feet. Please let me know if you have any more questions or anything info to offer.
