Dear Cup, I also tested as Protein on the Wolcott test, and tend to agree with you about the shellfish, pork, and white potatoes, particularly given what is known about the nightshade family. Certainly the Weston A. Price Foundation has a lot to say about this. You might be interested in their website. Also, the question of Blood type is also significant, as D'Adamo's books explain. I'm a blood type B. What are you? Each of the blood types corresponds to different nutritional requirements and one must therefore consider not only the metabolic diet but also blood type (especially lectin allergies) when sorting out dietary issues, although I tend to believe that these two systems are complementary.
