About Me
I am a single mom and full time student. I have a large family, many of whom live in Texas. Family, education, health, exercise and laughter are all huge parts of my life. I am almost 30 and for the last ten years my focus has been on broadening my horizons: i.e. attending college, expanding my knowledge of world issues, cultures, wine, food, gardening, natural and organic living/lifestyles, environmental issues and conservation/preservation, animal welfare and rescue, just to name a few. My daughter is four and I have raised her on a healthy, organic, minimally processed, mainly vegetarian diet and I feel she has greatly benefited from it. A typical fat-American child she is NOT! We incorporate creativity, activity, philanthropy, music and laughter in our daily lives and I believe that is the only way to achieve happiness. That is why we are here: to live by example and make the world a better place ;p
