About Me

I am retired.

My career was in IT. Now, I enjoy my free time with my wife.

I am also diabetic. However, I have that under control.

I am in the process of getting the weight off and I follow a low carb diet to do so, which helps weight loss and control of diabetes.

I am an advocate of cardiac catscans as a way of early detection and correction of early stages of heart disease.
