About Me

I am a frustrated Nurse, who is thrilled to see some natural medicine avenues being accepted and welcomed by the "medical establishment" .

Our Docs know little to nothing about nutrition and just swallow what the Drug Reps tell them. A recipe for disaster for our bodies!

I work in an OR and enjoy my job. I will soon be a Grandma for the first time! I can't believe that I am that old!

I have a cat , a husband and 2 children...in that order :) I enjoy puttering in the yard and walking in the sunshine.My Motor Scooter is eagerly awaiting warmer weather to go for a run!
