About Me

I am the mother of four fantastic children. I have a great marriage and have a happy home. I have deep interests in alternative medicine and the workings of the human anatomy. I have deep belief in self healing through diet and exercise and humor. I have helped my family through Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, Migraine headaches, Depression, OCD, and vast food allergies. I think of myself as an old pioneer in a modern age because I cook everything from scratch and never eat anything preserved, or fast food described.
