About Me
I have always been health conscious. When I was younger I thought I could eat whatever and as much as I wanted to eat. Now I believe that we should eat more live food than cooked food along with exercise. For years my numbers looked good but after age 45 my cholesterol and blood pressure started creeping up. I have gotten my blood pressure down to 121/70 and I'm sure I've brought my cholesterol down below 200. I will have a health screening done next month. I still eat pretty much what I want but I always eat more healthy food than processed food. I read labels. I was supprised to find out how many food products contain high fructose corn syrup.
