About Me

I'm an American living in France, extremely happily married with a handsome step son :) At the age of 17 I suddenly became quite ill and began vomiting almost all solids that I tried to eat. I saw doctor after doctor to no avail and was finally told that it was "All in my head and only I could change it." Hello! I'm HERE begging for help because I haven't eaten in 9 months!!!!! Geesh.. After the medical "professionals" failed to diagnos a pork tape worm infection which almost killed me, I turned to natural health and lifestyle prevention! I'm now happy, healthy, and love all types of sports : martial arts, cycling, hiking/camping (we live in the alpes ;) HITT training, TRX, sandbags, etc etc etc. That sais, vivement natural health!
