Hi, Tests may not work to diagnose Celiac...but it can cause many health issues like Diabetes. Fatty liver....2000mg of Lecithin may help fast. It is not good enough just to cut down...it needs to be 100% no gluten for it to really help. See my profile. Best wishes.
