I'm delighted to have you contact me!  This is great and it looks like we graduated from the same university---Wisconsin?  I graduated from madison in '72, BS in Nursing.  Then into bodywork---neuromuscular therapy, plus relaxing potpourri, much adlib.  Have learned SO much on the way.

Why don't we talk on phone or meet somewhere for lunch/dinner/long talk?  Where do you live?  Near Madison, perhaps?  We could perhaps meet halfway somewhere if you're not?

Thank you.  The information you have provided was wonderful.

I've been in pretty good health after suffering from everything from depression and muscle stiffness.    I live in Santa Barbara which is a rich community, but to me - the whole concept of holistic and organic nutrition is just like the 'light' that went off in my head and knowing how it helped me, I been spreading the word to help many other people.  While I advise people from what I've learned though countless of hours of reading books and websites like Mercola, I figure with my passion in this area and knowing I can make a difference in some people's lives, I'm exploring transitioning to a new career.   With 3 kids, it won't be easy, but who said life was?

I'm a 42 year who worked with computers, oceanography, etc. with a BS and MA.  Been going to a massive transformation and becoming holistic with food, nutrition.  I'm thinking of going back to school somehow to get some degree in nutrition and healing.  I have 3 kids to feed so it's going to be walking a tightrope.

I hope maybe you could recommend a few schools I could look into (on-line schooling) and how long you think the whole process could take me.  I'm guessing 5-10 years.
